To my surprise, Leif's deleted MySpace profile actually did get restored. It doesn't have the background photo of the x-ray of his collarbone with the metal plate and screws, but it seems that the other information is there. I had given up hope that it would ever be resurrected. It's a small thing but oddly a little comforting, that this page that he created is there again. The photo I've posted here is the one he chose to go on that page, a self portrait he took on March 20, 2003, his spring semester as a senior at Kansas State University, when we was coming out of his depression over his failed marriage and beginning to look hopefully at the world again.
